Structure of Qiadat Tabligh

  • National (Qa’id Tabligh)
  • Regional (Nazim Tabligh)
  • Local (Muntazim Tabligh)

At all 3 levels, Tabligh related work should be done through Tabligh Committee.

Local Tabligh Committee

Muntazim Tabligh will be the head of all Tabligh related activities in his Majlis. Local Tabligh Committee should consist of Zaeem, Muntazim Tabligh, Na’ib Muntazim Tabligh Social Media and Saiqeen with the approval of Zaeem sahib Majlis.

The main responsibilities of Local Tabligh Committee are as follows:

  1. Implement Tabligh Plans at Majlis level in line with annual target set by Qiādat Tabligh.
  2. Hold Local Tabligh Committee Meeting every month to review Tabligh activities of Majlis and to seek ways to improve these activities.
  3. Make special efforts to ensure participation of all Ansār brothers in Tabligh programs.
  4. Implement a mechanism to have monthly report regarding Tabligh Endeavours from every Nāsir, individually.
  5. Ensure to send detail Tabligh report, along with purpose-meant appropriate pictures of the event to Qiādat Tabligh.
  6. Send details of new Bai`at (copy of Bai`at form), achieved by any Nāsir, to Region as well as Qiādat Tabligh.
  7. Maintain record of Tabligh items provided by Qiādat Tabligh.

Regional Tabligh Committee

Nāzim Tabligh will be the head of all Tabligh related activities in the Region. Each Region should appoint Nā’ib Nazim Tabligh for Social Media. Nā’ib Nazim is required to carry out work on Social Media in line with instructions from centre. Regional Tabligh Committee should consist of Nāzim A`ala, Nāzim Tabligh, Nā’ib Nazim Tabligh Social Media and Muntazimeen Tabligh with the approval of Nazim A`ala sahib. Regional Tabligh team should take part in Majālis Tabligh activities. Nāzim should conduct Regional Committee meeting on monthly basis and delegate different assignments to each member enabling them to act responsibly for their respective area.

The main responsibilities of Regional Tabligh Committee are as follows:

  1. Regions are responsible to make sure and monitor that all Tabligh projects are being implemented in all Majalis in the Region.
  2. Review Tabligh activities of Majalis and analyse their reports for improvement as per guidelines.
  3. Ensure to organise following events in the Region and Majalis; Leaflets Distribution, Tabligh Stalls, Tabligh Exhibitions, Villages Tabligh Projects, Mosque Open Days, Jalsa Seeratun Nabiﷺ, Dāyeeyān Classes, Social Media Training Sessions, Social Media Campaigns, Tabligh Conferences, Tabligh Seminars, Interfaith Tabligh Sessions, Q&A Sessions, Ashra Tabligh, Tabligh Days, Neighbourhood Contact Scheme, Individual Tabligh Sittings.
  4. After every event, send reports along with purpose-meant appropriate pictures.
  5. Ensure to implement Tabligh Plan as per annual target set by Qiādat Tabligh. Oversee Majalis where there are some weaknesses on Tabligh activities.
  6. The details of the ba`it made by the Ansār in the Majalis should be regularly sent to the Qiādat Tabligh and also keep record of those ba`it in the Region.
  7. Conduct a quarterly meeting with Muntazim Tabligh along with his committee members for progress improvement and make Muntazimeen more dynamic.
  8. Maintain record of the Tabligh items provided by Qiādat Tabligh.
  9. Keep record of Tabligh assets of Majlis Ansārullah UK.
